Do you allow pets in the apartments?

Yes, we allow up to pets.

Are there move-in or application fees?

Yes, we have one time application fee of $65 (per applicant over the age of 18) and $200 adminstration fee per household

What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?

"Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Including, but not limited to: Pit bull terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Gelbian Malanois. Breed list may change at management's discretion."

How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?

Leaselock - $35/month (nonrefundable) or Full Months Rent

What onsite amenities do you offer to accommodate pets?

Fully fenced in dog park with turf and dog washing station. Pet waste stations throughout the community.

One Time Amenity Fee of $75 at move in, $75 1G Internet through AT&T, $30 Valet Trash, $5 Pest control, $35 Non-Refundable Security Deposit Service Fee

Is parking available? Is there an additional fee for parking?

Yes. A parking pass is given to each lease holding resident. Guests must register through our parking portal and park in designated guest parking spaces between 6pm to 9am daily. Residents are alloted 168 hours free guest parking per month.

Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?

Are there EV Charging stations?

No, but anticipated to have in phase 2.

How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?

We have an onsite maintenance team, and they are available after hours for emergencies.

Are there laundry facilities in the complex?

All units come with washer & dryers.

Is there bike storage available on the property?

Yes! We have a garage designated specifically for resident bike storage.

How does package delivery work?

Packages are delivered directly to your door by mail carriers. Office does not accept packages.

Are there any community events or activities organized?

Yes! Two resident events per month plus a quarterly VIP event hosted by ApartmentLife

Are there quiet hours in the community?

our community observes quiet hours from 10pm-7am

How do I report a noise complaint?

After hours noise complaints can be made to the onsite courtesy officer, the non-emergency police line, or 9-1-1.

What nearby schools or childcare facilities are available?

What is your smoking policy?

We are a non-smoking community. Smoking is not permitted on the premisis.

What happens if I need to break my lease?

We offer a lease buy-out option if you need to terminate your lease agreement. 60 day written notice and buy out fee of 2x base rent.

How much notice is required before moving out?

We require 60 days' notice to vacate whether you are breaking your lease or vacating at the end of your lease.
